Taste the Black Forest!

For our guests we prepare always freshly fine food and delicious dishes from all over the world in our café restaurant. But our Black Forest specialties are an extraordinary delicacy. Home-made snack specialties like our Black Forest ham originate from home reared meat. The fruity bouquet of precious schnaps specialties, a Kirschwasser or a typical Topinambur schnaps top off the culinary experience. Lauble’s Black Forest cake from own confectionary is legendary. Taste the Black Forest!

 

In our house the head himself is cooking : Jürgen Lauble learnt his trade in leading houses and spoils his guests with always new seasonal menus – no matter, whether traditional or international cuisine, fish, meat dishes or vegetarian, for family or for company celebrations.

 

Our cafe restaurant offers 65 seats, a specially bookable side room 35 and a winter garden 30 seats. On the roofed sun terrace 70 guests can take place.

 

From May to October we are daily at your disposal.

Only in winter season (November to April) we have on Monday our resting day.
