The “Fohrenbühl”, on which the Landhaus Lauble is situated at an altitude of 750 meters, owes its name to the stately trees, spruces and "Fohren" (pines), the extensive forests that surround our house. The sunny plateau around the Fohrenbühl invites you to go hiking and easy walks through the forest and meadows.
You can explore the vast Black Forest landscape directly from our hotel with Nordic walking, mountain biking or cross-country skiing. The Landhaus Lauble is located directly on two cross-country ski runs.

Plan your Black Forest vacation
You will be amazed at what else moves the Black Forest not far from our quiet hotel; on the summer toboggan run in Gutach, for example, or in the high and low rope climbing garden in Schramberg-Sulgen. Get to know the country and its people. Many cultural excursion destinations attract visitors to the surrounding area. Experience the traditional Black Forest way of life and handicrafts in the open-air museum "Vogtsbauernhöfe" in Gutach and in the glassblowing workshop Dorotheenhütte in Wolfach or visit the museum of the well-known landscape painter Kimmich in Lauterbach. With the Konus guest card, you can even take a vacation away from the car and use public transport for free.
